Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny 3 February 1950) is an American actress from America. She rose to prominence in the latter part of the 70s and 1980s thanks to her various roles in various television shows, where she was portrayed as a glamourous actress. Fairchild started her career on The CBS daytime soap opera Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 until 1977. Fairchild made her debut with the character Jennifer Pace on CBS' daytime soap opera Search for Tomorrow. It was her turn to play Jenna Wade for the first time in the year 1978. The following year she landed her first lead part on the NBC show Flamingo Road. (For this series she received a Golden Globe Award nominated Best Actress in a Television Series drama). In 1984, she co-starred in ABC's short-lived, primetime soap Paper Dolls which followed by a stint in Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts from 1985 until 1986. Fairchild is also an actor on stage, having appeared in a variety of TV comedy shows, including Murphy Brown, for which she won an Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Star in Comedy Series. The actress is a board member of SAG-AFTRA.
